The Gardens and Terrace
A huge 65 square metre tiled courtyard runs across the full width of the rear of the house, offering plenty of room for everyone. It is surrounded by a low wall made from the local stone. The terrace contains a built-in charcoal barbecue, comfortable garden furniture and sunshades.
Both the garden and terrace catch the sun from the early morning through to early evening. Mature cherry and lime trees offer some very pleasant shade in the heat of the summer.
The garden is child safe and fully fenced and walled in. The terrace leads into the extensive garden that surrounds the house on three sides. To the left and right of the house are level lawns with mature lime and cherry trees providing welcome shade in the heat of summer.
To the rear of the terrace is a large open garden with small plum, cherry and pear trees. A raised bank rises on the left end of the garden, offering views across the local area and catching full sunshine, as well as offering a separate area away from the main house and terrace.
