Rental Terms and Conditions
A rental week runs from Saturday 5 p.m. to the following Saturday 10 a.m.
A deposit of £100 is payable at time of booking, this will be refunded, less any breakages (never happened), four weeks after your booking ends.
A charge for cleaning may be made should the property be left unusually dirty (once ever).
Bedlinen is supplied but towels and housekeeping are not included.
The cottage is strictly no smoking, but feel free to smoke on the terrace or in the gardens. Sorry, pets are not accepted.
At the time of reservation the tenant shall pay a non-refundable 25% deposit of the total rental price to secure the reservation. The reservation can be cancelled, but the non-refundable deposit will be forfeit. The remaining balance of 75% must be paid 45 days before arrival. If the tenant has not credited it to the owner's account 30 days before arrival, he is considered to have cancelled the reservation and the owner has the right to find another client for the same period. At your departure, the premises should be left as clean and tidy as on arrival. The described premises are at the tenant's disposal, except for cases of absolute necessity or technical reasons beyond the owner's control.
